VISUAL SHOWCASE

2020 Annual Showcase

What a year it has been!

We are excited to present to you some of the highlights of our year. We are looking forward to what 2021 will bring with some exciting and innovative new builds to add to the portfolio.

Marrickville 2020

This bathroom was a complex build, redesigning a completely new floor frame that had to bear on the existing sandstone continuous piers.

Restoring the original sash window allowed for contrasting of the era’s to blend beautifully in the bathroom space. Allowing natural light to flood in during the day and the LED lighting to create a warm atmosphere at night.

A big thank you to the team at Reece Plumbing for the support and perfectly sized freestanding bath.

Pymble 2020

This design was one of our favourites to problem solve. Getting the tap extended from the wall so that you don’t have to reach over the bath was quite a complex process and executed to perfection.

The hidden plumbing in the timber was definitely a highlight for us!

Normanhurst 2020

This renovation couldn’t have come at a better time as both bathrooms were suffering from waterproofing issues.

We re-designed the layout of the doors in the bathroom and the ensuite to open the space up and feel larger and inclusive.

A major feature is the barn doors that open the space up, complimenting the timber vanity. Using the bath & shower combo in the main bathroom we were able to accommodate a luxurious sized bath.

Castle Hill 2020

As a preferred builder for Beaumont Tiles the client was able to walk the showroom and pick out their items to kick start the build.

We were engaged to bring it to life with complex joinery around the windows and niche to give the tiles a unique look.

A highlight for us has to be the niche with its clean finish that runs continuously from the adjacent wall. We planned meticulously to ensure the grout lines of the tiles lined up!

Wahroonga 2019

This is a high-end bathroom we completed from design to handover, every step of the way.

We are very proud of the quality of this finish and the integration of the lighting into the existing smart home system.

Some incredible choices in the PC items really gave the design the intended look and made the custom lighting shine through.

Normanhurst 2019

This bathroom was built in the 1900’s era and the client wanted a design and construct with some exciting features to set it aside from the others.

The herringbone tile wall was a major feature of this build with the niche also constructed with the same tiles using a specific join to hide the end of the tiles from sight. This also meant that we could avoid using angles and maintain the quality look and feel of the tiles.

Finally, the custom floating shelf to bring the build together.
